ANNOUNCEMENT - IMPORTANT PAYMENT & TOKEN INFORMATION
1. PAYMENTS MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE. Student accounts with outstanding payment will be AUTOMATICALLY BARRED, and TOKENS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Token issuance is strictly based on PAYMENT STATUS.
2. ALWAYS CHECK WITH OUT HELPDESK. To confirm your token entitlement and ensure you payment records are UP TO DATE. For any payment-related issues, please contact the FINANCE DEPARTMENT via EMAIL.
3. A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT MUST BE EMAILED TO FINANCE DEPARTMENT after every payment. This allows your student account to be updated promptly and helps prevent any delays or issues with token issuance.
